This was the only time we got to use the weight room. My goal from last year was to build up leg strength, so I did exercises that would get my legs working. This year, I wanted to focus more on stamina building, so I started with a few push ups and jumping jacks as my warm-up. Then I would research on my phone for some exercises that could work and I have managed to find a video on some of the activities/exercises that could help me achieve this goal
