Workout

So last weekend, (Not this last weekend, the one before), I went to my friends house. Now, I was aware that he was going to make me work out, but it was pretty tiring once we actually started. We did workouts that would help increase upper body strength, since that was the area that I had chosen to work on, and we did various workouts that increased strengths, mainly revolving around weightlifting, because of the fact that I had already done cardio the morning of this day. We decided to do exercises that would work on triceps, biceps, and legs. Here are some videos of some of the exercises that I did while I was there. I learned that...well, weightlifting hurts haha, but theyre essential for strength increase and, well, once I get better, they wont be as heavy when I do exercises once again that involve weights.
