interim report
For this term, I believe that I am doing well. I have enjoyed playing sports and fitness activities that we have been doing. I think I have achieved some of the goals I had created in the beinning the year. I have certainly improved my fitness compared to last year and have been more physically active towards my peers and the class. I have not done all the goals I sent out to achieve, however. I have yet to greatly improve my fitness. It has been improving and I am impressed the the results, but not to the point where I am aiming for. I continue to do fitness activities outside of class (play basketball, go biking and jogging) but it seems my main problem is that I should raise my intensity level. I feel my intensity level will rise if I do such activites by myself because the people around me can have an effect on my will to do fitness. Overall, I am doing well on PE for this semester so far, I just need to work on raising my intensity level.
