PE this semester has been a blast. I enjoyed participating in all sports and activities for this semester. During sports and fitness, I consider myself to be somewhat "high spirited" I feel that I have greatly improved physically and mentally since last year. I bring my PE strip to class and I am on time. I also like to interact with my peers in a positive attitude as much as I can. I also like to go outside and do some physical activity of my own. I go jogging around the block for at least 45 minutes. I like to play basketball and go biking.
To me, a leader is an influence to people to participate in PE. A leader is not someone who only thinks of themselves, but also someone who thinks of others and also the environment around them. Someone with a very positive attitude that affects other people in a good way.
I like doing fitness. Exercises like the beep test and the community run are 2 activities I enjoy a lot. The beep test gives me an opportunity to challenge myself to do better than previous results. The community run also is a great asset in timing and pacing. When it comes to fitness, my level of intensity is not at the range that I wish for it to be. Right now, I am in the medium intensity range and that I feel that I can do better. My goals for P.E. this year is to improve my fitness and my results in various fitness exercises (time on community run, results on beep test etc.) As for outside of school, I plan on keeping up with my physical activities and do more in the near future. Mainly concerning my current fitness level, I feel that for this semester, I deserve a high B.
Great Post Florencio. I love that your are looking to up your intensity level. Who you exercise with will be key to your success so choose partners wisely during fitness. Keep up the positive attitude and big smiles. you are fun to have in class.
